Elke maandag staat Mabel vroeg op en gluurt ze uit haar raam om er zeker van te zijn dat ze het enige waar ze de hele week naar heeft uitgekeken niet heeft gemist. Ze sleept haar stoel door de gang, langs haar grote zus en mama en papa, de deur uit, en wacht. Waar wacht Mabel elke maandag op? Volgens Mabel is het het allerbeste ter wereld. Maar niemand anders in haar gezin lijkt het te begrijpen… totdat ze zien wat er door de straat toetert! Leeftijd 4-8 jaar.
