Pangolin and pit bull are familiar to everyone, but if you asked a few passers-by on the street, probably few would be able to tell you what aguti or fossa looks like. Not to mention the opossum and baribal, not to mention the Ínia... Krisztina Tóth's poems, written out of playfulness and with lots of humour, are not only for children, but also for adults who appreciate linguistic inventions. Of course, don't expect scientific accuracy from the poems, the author initially entertained his child and himself with poems about strange animals - and now we too. Leeftijd: 4-8 jaar.

HONGAARS – A tobzoskát és a pitbullt mindenki ismeri, de ha megkérdeznénk néhány járókelőt az utcán, valószínűleg kevesen tudnák megmondani, vajon hogy néz ki az aguti vagy a fossza. Nem is beszélve az oposszumról és a baribálról, hogy az íniát már ne is említsük... Tóth Krisztina játékos kedvből és sok-sok humorral született versei nemcsak gyerekeknek, hanem a nyelvi leleményeket nagyra értékelő felnőtteknek is szólnak. Persze a versektől ne várjunk tudományos igényű pontosságot, a szerző eleinte gyermekét és magát szórakoztatta a fura állatokról szóló versekkel - most pedig már minket is.
